How do I import my existing inventory?

Export your current inventory to CSV format. Our import tool will guide you through mapping columns to Red Pulse fields. You can preview before finalizing the import.

Can multiple people use the system at once?

Yes! Red Pulse is built for real-time multi-user collaboration. Changes sync instantly across all users.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is always yours. Export and backup options depend on your plan (see Pricing). If you cancel, your data is retained for 90 days in case you reactivate, then permanently deleted.

Do you offer training?

The system is designed to be intuitive. Essential includes email support (typical first response within 24–48 business hours). Professional adds priority support (~12 business hours) and the full operational module set. Enterprise adds dedicated onboarding, SLA options, and phone support.
