We're not a software company trying to understand EMS. We're EMS professionals who learned to build software.

The Problem We Lived

As working EMTs and paramedics, we spent years dealing with the same frustrating inventory problems: expired supplies discovered mid-call, stockouts of critical items, wasted time counting narcotics manually, and guesswork on what to order.

The existing solutions weren't built for how EMS actually works. They were either generic warehouse software that couldn't handle controlled substances, or healthcare systems designed for hospitals with pharmacies and supply chains that don't match our reality.

So we built Red Pulse—the inventory system we wish we'd had. One that understands batch tracking, handles narcotics properly, works on mobile devices, and doesn't require an hour of training to use.
